Kat Von D KVD Everlasting Lip Liner in Poe (navy blue) 0.25 g / 0.009 oz Full Size. Brand new, NEVER used or swatched, however, there is NO BOX since it came apart of a set (See last 2 photos). Limited edition item that has since been discontinued.
Since Kat Von D sold her shares of KVD Beauty (and is no longer affiliated with the brand in any way) they are working to remove her name from all products and packaging. The everlasting lip products have been reformulated as well. These discontinued products have already been removed from beauty stores (such as Ulta and Sephora).
